Karachi (reportbeat) – Chief PSP Syed Mustafa Kamal said that the Prime Minister needed a vote of confidence from the MQM. The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had a rare opportunity to demand the suspension of the cabinet decision on the census, but the MQM missed the opportunity.
Talking to media persons, Mustafa Kamal further said that the so-called thieves were sent to the assemblies by the people by voting for them.
The Prime Minister should sit down with them and talk about electoral reforms.
The PSP leader asked the premier that if everyone is corrupt, then who will make them accountable. The government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is giving chance to opposition parties to fight instead of offering them to run the country smoothly, he added.
Earlier, Mustafa Kamal had urged Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) to leave government and immediately join opposition in order to get their reservations addressed.
The government cannot even afford losing support of two seats but MQM knows that whenever it will leave, PTI will send them into jails, he stated.
While criticizing Sindh government, he claimed that out of 250,000 jobs offered, not a single one was granted to Karachi.
