LONDON (REPORTBEAT) – The United Kingdom has approved a third corona vaccine for modern American pharmaceutical company Moderna. Vaccines from Pfizer and Oxford University have already been approved. The United Kingdom has approved the common use of the modern Corona vaccine, following Pfizer and Oxford University corona vaccines. A statement from the UK Department for Health and Social Care said the modern vaccine met the strict safety, efficacy and quality standards set by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.
The UK will buy 17 million doses of the corona vaccine from US pharmaceutical company Moderna, for which the company has begun work on a plan to increase its production capacity and will begin deliveries by the end of the year.
