Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said on Thursday that the head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman should refrain from making statements that are provocative and tend to spread hate, In a press conference with Pervez Khattak, Fawad Chaudhry, Forough Naseem and Shibli Faraz in Islamabad, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed further said that the opposition is going to participate in the elections of the assembly which they object to but we expect the opposition to have some problem. Will not produce, today we have a joint decision that the opposition’s protest will not be hindered.

Rasheed, speaking during the press conference, said that in the meeting the ministers exchanged views on the public order situation in the country. “We hope that the Opposition does not negatively affect law and order during its protest outside the Election Commission of Pakistan,” he said.
