The 73rd death anniversary of the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who gave the Muslims of South Asia a separate country on the basis of two national ideologies, is being observed today.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is also counted among such people who achieve prominence owing to their struggles and accomplishments.
Thanks to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan has emerged on the world map as an independent country.
His political struggle is an example for the country’s politicians. Allama Iqbal has highlighted the role of Quaid-e-Azam in such a way that people like him can neither be bought nor persuaded to commit corruption.
The fathers of the nation wanted to do a lot for the bright future of Pakistan but life was not faithful due to illness.
In a message to the nation before his death, the Quaid-e-Azam stated: “The foundation of your country has been laid, now it is your duty to build it.”
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away on September 11, 1948, in Karachi and today is his 73rd birthday.
