Rawalpindi ( reportbeat) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that both Pakistan and India should forget the old disputes and resolve the Kashmir issue.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa while addressing the GD Pilot Passing Out Ceremony said that Kashmir issue should be resolved in a peaceful and dignified manner as per the aspirations of Kashmiris. This is the time when the hand of peace should extend everywhere.
General Qamar Javed Bajwa also said that Pakistan is a country that loves peace. We believe in the principles of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. Pakistan has made many sacrifices for regional and global peace.
“However, our desire for peace should not be seen as a weakness,” he said. Pakistan’s armed forces are ready to deal with any threat.
