Karachi: Gold prices rose in international and local barter markets, with the price of 24 carat gold rising by Rs 100 per tola.
According to a statement issued by the All Pakistan Barter and Jewelers Association, the price of 24 carat gold rose by Rs 100 per tola on Monday, the first day of the business week. After which the price of gold per tola increased from one lakh thirteen thousand three hundred and fifty rupees to one lakh thirteen thousand four hundred and fifty rupees.
Similarly, the price of 24 carat gold per ten grams also increased,
After which the price of gold per ten grams increased from Rs. 97,180 to Rs. 97,265.
While the price of 22 carat gold per ten grams reached ninety thousand one hundred and sixty rupees.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by 7 dollar, after which the price of gold per ounce increased from dollar 1,856 to dollar 1,863.
